At Aira, we prioritize the protection and security of our merchants' and their customers' data. This Privacy Policy documents how we collect, store, process, and protect your information when you connect your Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp messaging channels through Aira's B2B SaaS Automations platform.
1. Information We Collect
Merchant Accounts: When you register, we collect your store name, email address, password hash, phone number, and CCP/RIP coordinates (for BaridiMob manual top-ups).
Social Integrations (Meta Graph API): When you link your Facebook Page, Instagram Business accounts, or WhatsApp Business API, we store access tokens securely to enable Aira to read and reply to incoming DMs on your behalf.
Customer Conversations: We temporarily process and cache conversation text (chat logs) from Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp Business. This allows our Natural Language Understanding (NLU) engine to parse orders and confirm delivery parameters.
Logistics and Orders: We collect customer name, shipping phone numbers, specific products selected, and Algerian Wilaya destinations to automate Yalidine or ZR Express courier slip generations.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your data solely to deliver our B2B e-commerce automation services, including:
Extracting buyer address details from franco-arab (Arabizi) or local Algerian Darija dialects.
Auditing BaridiMob transfer receipts via Gemini Multimodal Vision to process instant account recharges.
Dispatching shipment parameters straight to Yalidine or ZR Express shipping endpoints on your autopilot configuration.
Delivering real-time diagnostics, heuristics metrics, and logs in your merchant dashboard panel.
3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We transfer data strictly to authorized sub-processors necessary to run your store integrations:
Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp): For retrieving DMs and transmitting Aira's AI automated replies.
Google Gemini API: For processing dialect geocoding and BaridiMob screenshot OCR validation (sent through highly secure API nodes, never used to train third-party language models).
Courier APIs (Yalidine Express / ZR Express): For automated parcel slip dispatches as configured in your store settings.
Chargily Pay API: For processing encrypted CIB and Dahabia checkout transactions securely.
4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
Access tokens can be revoked at any time by disconnecting your integrations under the Settings panel. We store chat logs for a maximum of 30 days to facilitate dashboard telemetry analysis and customer service handoffs, after which they are permanently purged. Merchants have full rights to request complete deletion of their account and all linked store data at any time by contacting our support channel.
