1. Prepaid Dinars Wallet (Solde AI)
Prepaid Balance Non-Refundable: All manual BaridiMob receipt uploads and automated CIB/Dahabia top-ups credited to your store's Dinars wallet ("Solde AI") are strictly non-refundable. These credits have no cash redemption value and must be consumed through platform automation services (DMs processing, carrier dispatches).
Billing Disputes: If you believe there was a billing error or double charge in your wallet balance, please contact us immediately with your transaction reference number and receipt details, and we will audit and correct your balance.
Cancellation Rights: Subscription plans (e.g. *Seller Pro*, *Enterprise Unlimited*) can be cancelled at any time by navigating to the Billing or settings dashboard. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain fully active with all pro features until the end of the current monthly billing cycle. No further recurring charges will be processed.
Refund Window: Subscription purchases are processed securely through **Lemon Squeezy** (our Merchant of Record). If you are unsatisfied with your subscription plan within the first **7 days** of your initial purchase, you are eligible to request a full refund, provided your store has processed fewer than 20 automated order dispatches during that period.
Processing Refunds: To request a subscription refund, please contact us or request it directly through the Lemon Squeezy billing portal. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment card within 5-10 business days.
