Welcome to Aira. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our B2B SaaS e-commerce automations platform, including our automated messaging triages, BaridiMob manual validations, and automated logistics dispatches. By creating a store account and connecting your social messaging integrations, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration & User Security
To access Aira's features, you must register a merchant account and link a valid `Store` record. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and connected Meta/WhatsApp API access tokens. You agree to notify Aira immediately of any unauthorized use or security compromises of your store dashboard.
2. AI Automated Message & Dispatch Autopilot
Core Functionality: Aira provides automated customer chat responses, intent parses, and geocoding dispatches based on the store settings configured by you.
Merchant Liability: You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for all messages sent to your customers by Aira's AI and all parcel slip creations dispatched to Yalidine Express or ZR Express under your autopilot settings. You are advised to audit your timeline log stream periodically.
Dialect Mirroring: Aira's "Mirror Dialect" option matches Franco-Arab (Arabizi) or local Algerian Darija formats dynamically. You retain full control to modify tone, language preferences, and carrier pricing rates inside the Settings console.
3. Billing, Subscriptions & Dinars Wallets
Dinars Wallet (Solde AI): Aira operates on a dynamic Dinars (DA) credit system. Usage (e.g. order confirmations, automatic dispatches, receipt verifications) deducts balance credits from your wallet.
Recharges & Checkout: Balance recharges are processed through automated online checkout sessions (via Chargily Pay CIB/Dahabia) or manually via BaridiMob screenshot uploads (audited by Gemini Vision).
Subscription Billing: Subscriptions (e.g. *Seller Pro*, *Enterprise Unlimited*) are processed securely through **Lemon Squeezy** (Merchant of Record). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly cycle unless cancelled by you under the billing settings.
4. Acceptable Use & Content Constraints
You agree not to use Aira's automation messaging channels to transmit spam, unsolicited promotional notifications, fraudulent BaridiMob receipts, or distribute prohibited/restricted merchandise under Algerian postal regulations and laws. Any violations will result in instant deactivation of your store autopilot and permanent suspension of your merchant account without refund of any outstanding credits.
5. Limitation of Liability
Aira is provided on "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall Aira, its founder, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost package delivery fees, courier API downtime (e.g. Yalidine or ZR endpoints), or buyer messaging misinterpretations by the AI interpreter.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of Aira shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria.
